






Instructional Programs
“Yoga Essentials” Series:
A comprehensive beginner’s program offered in various formats (1, 2 & 3 day workshops) to suit differing schedules and needs
The series comprises of LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2 classes; LEVEL 1 is a suggested pre-requisite of LEVEL 2 unless having previous yoga experience.
LEVEL 1 - This first series comprises of 6 hours of personalized instruction during which you will learn about
✴Yoga principles on mindset and approach to learning
✴Mindful, deep breathing
✴Basic meditation
✴Proper postural alignment
✴Over 30 root poses and movements
LEVEL 2 - The second series builds on the first and can be considered the “next step” after LEVEL 1. It comprises of 6 hours of semi-personalized instruction during which we will go through an additional 20 yoga poses, practice transitioning to & from poses and continue to practice our deep breathing and meditation.
Level 1 and Level 2 can be conducted as a 1-day 6 hour intensives, a 2-day series (2 three hour classes), or a 3-day series (3 two hour classes.)

“Yoga Demystified!” FREE Open Forum:
A fun and informative talk that will explain exactly how and why “Anyone Can Do YOGA”! Yes, even YOU!

“Chakra Yoga”:
Our 7 primary energy centers, or Chakras, have a vital role in our physical, emotional and spiritual health. In this workshop, we explore how imbalances in our primary Chakras can affect us, and how we can apply yoga breath-work, poses, sounds and smells to restore balance to these 7 Chakras.
The course is designed to be six hours of instruction which is broken out by Chakra:
✴Root (1st)
✴Sacral (2nd)
✴Solar Plexus (3rd)
✴Heart (4th)
✴Throat (5th)
✴3rd Eye (6th)
✴Crown (7th)
The course can be conducted as a 1-day 6 hour intensive, a 2-day series (2 three hour classes), or a 3-day series (3 two hour classes.)
