Yoga Essentials - 6wk Practical
Enjoy a 6-week series of Hatha Yoga routines designed to improve flexibility, increase muscle tone, induce relaxation and overall sense of well-being. 90 min class will include breathing exercises, hatha yoga routine and meditation.
If you took the 4-week Yoga Essentials Instructional segment, this is Part 2 (the 6-week practical segment) which will help you integrate what you learned and "put it all together".
