Perfect for Basic Yoga for YOUR Body "alumni" or individuals that have been practicing yoga on their own but want to deepen and fine-tune their knowledge of form and postural alignment.

A 3-part workshop consisting of breath-work and meditation to create everyday clarity and calm. Learn how basic breathing exercises and meditation techniques can improve your health, help you feel more energized, have more clarity, and enjoy a sense of peace! No previous experience necessary. Hatha Yoga: Practical form of yoga which emphasizes breathing, awareness and proper body alignment. Class includes strengthening poses to tone muscles with gentle stretching to improve range of motion and flexibility. The result is a refreshing and calming experience that can accommodate mixed levels of experience. If you want to learn how to strengthen & tone muscles, improve flexibility and bring clarity & calm to your mind/body in a non-competitive, non-intimidating environment, this class is perfect for you!
Vinaysa Yoga: Vinyasa can be translated as "breath synchronized movement". In this dynamic class, learn how to harness the energy of your breath as you flow through a sequence of yoga poses. Emphasis is on awareness of movement and synchronization of breath with the movement. Vinyasa is a powerful way to improve coordination, increase range of motion, and boost energy levels. Some yoga experience is suggested.
"Hatha Flow": A blend of basic Hatha and Vinyasa styles. Movement exercises are added to static poses to create a unique experience.
$75/"6-pack" of classes or $15/drop-in. Same "6-pack" may be used for Hatha and Vinyasa classes.
